Resources

I think your best bet for step by step procedures will be to get a book on the subject. We have several books listed in our Resources page.

http://openmx.psyc.virginia.edu/sem-resources

There are also some class notes and R examples on this site from an Introductory SEM class taught at UVa in the Spring of 2010.

Hope this can get you started!

Work through the User's Guide

The OpenMx User's Guide should be enough to get you started, it's in the Documentation link at the top of the website.
